Location and property:

Cherry Hill Estate is a 100 acre country Estate a pleasant 45 minute drive southeast of Winnipeg. We are located 4 miles east of Steinbach adjacent to “The Links at Quarry Oaks Golf and Country Club”. Upon entering the gates of Cherry Hill Estate, the main drive winds its way alongside an old creek. You find yourself under the canopy of majestic oak trees which line the road approaching the sixty year-old red barn and marquee tents. Well manicured lawns are surrounded by thick poplar groves, fragrant lilac bushes and the gentle breeze of summer. From the large decks on the second floor of the restaurant, views of the lake with its’ mile of beachfront are stunning. Ceremonies:

The manicured lawns serve as an ideal setting for unique outdoor ceremonies. An elegant wrought iron pergola defines your ceremony vignette. Classic white wooden chairs with leather seats, cascade theatre-style down the gently sloping lawn. Dappled sunlight filters through the oaks and soft music surrounds you. The rest, they say, is history.

Receptions:

Cherry Hill Estate has made the best of the outdoors. At Cherry Hill, the authentic outdoor experience melds with the comforts of a controlled environment. Concrete floors provide clean solid groundand help moderate the indoor temperature for the big party. Wall to wall see-through screens provide lush green panoramic views and a bug free environment. A state of the art, extra thick, insulated canvas ceiling reflects the sun and protects our clients and their guests from the heat.

Thermostatically controlled heat enters the facility through ducts from outside to ward off any sudden chills. Spacious indoor washrooms/plumbing provide plenty of primping places and no portable potties.

• The Grand Marquee seating 50-300 guests, is perched atop the main ridge rising above the lake overlooking glorious prairie sunsets. This “tent” boasts indoor washrooms. It is adjacent to Harry’s Bar, allowing your guests easy access to this unique landmark, with its wood burning appliances, ‘Theatre of Cuisine’, and large viewing decks.
  
• The Meadow Marquee seating 100-500 guests, shaded by oak trees and evergreens, is nestled privately between poplar forests, lilac bushes, and a meandering creek.
  
• Both tents are tastefully adorned with decorative string lighting and elegant dimmer controlled chandeliers.
  
• Seemingly endless arrays of linen colors are available.
  
• High quality, built in DJ sound and light show is available.

Food:
 

Harry’s Bar, family restaurant, caters the functions at The Hill. Harry’s Chefs do all their cooking in an open ‘Theatre of Cuisine’, housed in a 60 year-old renovated, timber frame, hip roof barn. At Harry’s, we import Mesquite charcoal from Mexico to fuel the theatre’s wood burning appliances.

The menu at Cherry Hill is a fusion of mixed cuisine. With six pages of menu selections there is a little bit of something for everyone.

Thin crust gourmet style pizza, to barn-made desserts like Toffee Coffee Crunch, great care is given to details and quality ingredients.
